How it works

2. Each month, send a short brief with the mix you want.
3. We deliver within ten days. Two rounds of revisions, then it is yours.

• Performance guarantees
• Calls. Feedback runs through the monthly brief and Loom

Terms

• Billing: monthly in advance through Stripe Billing
• Term: rolling monthly. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current paid month
• Revisions: two rounds per monthly delivery, further rounds £100 each
• Unused assets do not roll over
• Usage rights: full commercial use in your own marketing, including paid social advertising
• Presenters are AI-generated. They are never presented as real customers, and scripts do not claim personal experience on their behalf. You are responsible for substantiating any product claim you supply
• Turnaround starts on receipt of the monthly brief and any new product inputs
• Case studies: permission to publish results is requested at onboarding. Declining does not change the price
• Refunds: the first month is refunded in full if the locked style is rejected outright before the first delivery. No refund for a month once its delivery has started
